We got ourselves a lifestyle high sleeper, and when we were putting it together, we noticed the desk section was a bit too small. After reaching out to Mrs. Flat Pack, they got back to us in less than an hour, then called us up, and the replacement parts were sent out the very next day, arriving the day after that. The bed is all set up now, and our little girl is over the moon with her new bed. Really appreciate the great service, thanks a bunch! 😊

We purchased the Bourne High Sleeper and my son couldn't be happier! The assembly instructions are available online and super straightforward. We double-checked all the screws, nuts, bolts, and everything was included. One of the side boards had the wrong letter on it, but it was a breeze to figure out its correct placement by following the guide (it had F instead of G). Since there was a gap between the wardrobe's back and the wall, we opted to only install the backboards behind the wardrobe and stairs, which allowed us to use that space for storage, and it works perfectly! It’s tucked away, yet still easy to access.

We ordered the bed on September 11th, and it arrived on the 16th! That was well within the timeframe they provided. We assembled it on a Sunday, taking about 3-4 hours. The drawers are glued in, so we decided to let them dry overnight before putting them in. That only added an extra 5 minutes on Monday! :)

I got myself the Calder High Sleeper along with a mattress, and I gotta say, the bed's quality is top-notch, plus the mattress is super comfy.

Sadly, I was short a drawer front, so I called on Monday, and by Tuesday, the replacement was at my door! How awesome is that?!

Fantastic customer service!

We found that the Bourne bed we got went together way easier than we thought it would. However, putting the main part together is a five-hour task, and the glue for the drawers takes over thirty minutes to set, which drags out the finishing process quite a bit. Also, there's a fair bit of unused space next to the wall, so you might wanna skip the backing boards.

On the customer service front, it’s been a bit of a letdown. The company was quick to send out the missing bolt and a replacement panel for the left side of the drawer area, but that didn’t really cut it considering the assembly time. There’s no way I’m gonna spend hours taking the bed apart (and risk breaking those dowel rods) just to put it back together. Plus, I haven’t heard back from them after I sent a message about this.

The quality and service here are top-notch. These beds are super sturdy and boast a really high-quality finish. The wonderful folks are friendly and ready to help with any questions at any time. We misplaced some screws (totally our bad), and they were super nice to send us replacements right away. I’d definitely recommend this place!

Hey there! I just gotta say how blown away I am by the two beds I picked up from you not long ago. Your prices are way lower than what I found for similar beds in other places, so I was a bit skeptical about the quality. But let me tell ya, they’re absolutely fantastic! The bed showed up in the 20 days promised. The instructions were simple to understand. My little one absolutely loves it!!! The only issue is that the cupboard and wardrobe doors are a bit misaligned, but other than that, it's great.

Even though there was a potential 6 week wait, the bed showed up in just 15 days. The delivery driver reached out 2 business days ahead of time, so I was prepared for his arrival. Because of Covid, he couldn’t help carry the bed inside, but he guided me on how to stack the boxes and the sequence I’d need them in, which was super helpful. The bed is of excellent quality and feels really sturdy. Just a heads up, it’s quite heavy, so it’s best to assemble it where it’s going to stay, as moving it once it’s all put together is nearly impossible. It took about 8 hours to put together with two capable DIY folks. But honestly, the assembly time was totally worth it because the bed is amazing, offering way more storage than I realized when I placed the order. My little one is loving it too.

What a fantastic experience! I can't say enough good things about them. After a terrible letdown from Leaders furniture/Julian Bowen, who left me without a bed for my son after I had already paid, I was in quite a pickle. They told me it was dispatched, but that was a total lie since it was actually out of stock for ages. Thankfully, these folks came to my aid. Their customer service is top-notch, super friendly, and they respond quickly. Just really helpful all around. The delivery driver was a great guy too. I can't complain at all. The bed was a breeze to put together because the instructions were crystal clear, and my little guy is absolutely thrilled with his new bed. It's solid, high quality, and should last him for years. A couple of years back, I got myself a couple of small wardrobes from this place, and I was really happy with them. Recently, I thought about switching one of the wardrobes from 'shelf' setup to 'hanging rail' setup. I had the extra hanging rail, but I couldn't locate the metal brackets needed to fix it. I shot an email to Mrsflatpack, and before long, I got a response saying they’d send the brackets at no cost! Truly exceptional support, I’d definitely recommend them!

We purchased this bed during the height of the covid pandemic, and it was delivered just over a week after we placed our order. A couple of days prior to delivery, we received a call letting us know it would arrive between 7:30 and 9:00 AM, and it showed up right at 7:40 on Good Friday! The delivery person left it all outside, so there was no need for contact. Setting up the bed was pretty easy; it took us about 4 hours with two people. It's a lovely bed—sturdy and a great deal for the price! I would definitely recommend it. Top-notch service and a quality bed.

Awesome item at a super reasonable price - I came across some terrible reviews regarding products and customer service, but I went ahead and ordered the Wolf mid sleeper cabin bed since I thought it was a fantastic deal and I loved the oak color. Thank goodness I did! The service was impeccable, arriving within 48 hours. The delivery driver was polite, helpful, and knew his stuff. The packing was great, the finish is top-notch, and it was a breeze to put together. I reached out to customer service with a question, and they were very efficient and supportive.
